A few personal Wedding Photography favourites from 2018

2018 has been a great year for my personal photography. After putting together an exhibition of my final project at De Koffie Pot in Hereford in late 2017, I finally submitted my work and dissertation for my Degree. In March my results finally came through gaining a 2:1 BA (Hons) Degree in Photography, the result of nearly five years study.

Beyond this I have been fortunate enough to conduct a diverse mix of work, from collaborations with other wedding suppliers on styled shoots and workshops, portrait work and most of all plenty of fantastic Weddings in various parts of the country.

I have been lucky enough to keep progressing with my digital photograph but also to blend this with plenty of analogue film photography, even a little video work, leading to a more of this as we come into 2019, developing into a more diverse multi-media artist.

As we move into 2019 I am very excited at what lies ahead, with a variety of weddings with some wonderful couples in some fantastic locations, blending photography and now a little Videography!

Here I have reflected purely on my wedding photography, selecting a collection of my personal favourites, images that are not necessarily the ’wow’ shots, but images that I feel hold the key qualities of light, composition and content, story telling images that should provoke the memories of the wedding couples special day.
